Purpose of the Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between the Villas Ré Expériences Rental Agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) wishing to reserve a villa for a rental period. Any reservation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Reservation
- Reservation of a villa can be made by telephone, email or via the Agency's website. The customer must provide the information requested, including full contact details, dates of stay and number of people.
- Reservation confirmation: The reservation is confirmed by the Agency by sending a rental contract to the customer, which includes details of the villa, the rental period, the total amount to be paid and specific conditions.

Prices and payment
- Price : Villa rental prices are indicated on the Agency's website or in any other commercial documentation. Prices may vary according to the season, length of stay and additional services requested by the customer.
- Terms of payment : A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount must be paid at the time of booking to validate the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your stay. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the full amount is due at the time of booking. These amounts are non-refundable. Customers may take out their own cancellation insurance.
- Payment methods : Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other means agreed between the parties.

Cancellation

Cancellation by the customer :
- In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
- For any cancellation, the Customer must inform the Agency in writing (e-mail or registered letter).
- Agency cancellation : In the event of cancellation for reasons beyond the Agency's control (force majeure, impossibility of honoring the reservation, etc.), the customer will be reimbursed the full amount paid. The Agency undertakes to offer a similar alternative if possible.

Modifications
- Customer modification : Any change to the dates of stay or booking conditions must be requested in writing and is subject to acceptance by the Agency. Additional charges may apply in the event of a change.
- Modification by the Agency : The Agency reserves the right to modify the reservation if necessary. If such a modification substantially affects the conditions of the stay (villa, dates, etc.), the customer may cancel the reservation free of charge and obtain a full refund.

Customer obligations
- Respecting the environment : The customer undertakes to respect the premises, not to cause any nuisance and to use the villa in accordance with its intended purpose. Any deterioration or damage caused by the Customer must be reimbursed to the Agency by cashing the deposit.
- Number of people : The customer agrees not to exceed the number of people indicated in the reservation. Any additional persons must be declared and may incur additional charges.
- Behavior and house rules : The customer must abide by the villa's house rules, as mentioned in the rental contract. Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction without refund.

Liability
- Agency responsibility : The Agency is responsible for providing a villa that complies with the description given at the time of booking. In the event of failure to do so, the Agency will be held liable, and the Customer may request a replacement villa or a reduction in price.
- Customer responsibility : The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to property in the villa. The Agency cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or theft occurring in the premises during the Customer's stay.

Insurance
Customers are advised to take out insurance to cover the risks associated with their stay, including cancellation, loss of luggage, civil liability and coverage for personal belongings. The Agency cannot be held responsible in the event of a claim not covered by the Customer's insurance.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its obligations under the contract if such non-performance is due to force majeure, as defined by law.

Disputes and Applicable Law
- Applicable Law : These conditions are governed by French law.
- Disputes : In the event of a dispute, the Customer undertakes to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably with the Agency. If no amicable solution is found, the competent court will be that of the location of the Agency's head office.

Privacy
The Agency undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal information provided by the Customer at the time of booking and to use it only for the purposes of the rental contract.

Final provisions
- Modification of the GTC : The Agency reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The new conditions will apply to all reservations made after their publication.
