Majid Hejaj

Born in Rabat, Morocco and a graduate of the Glion Institute in Switzerland, my passion for the luxury hotel business has allowed me to travel and hold management positions in prestigious palaces such as the Ritz Paris and the Royal Palm in Marrakech as well as more family-run hotels such as the Monastero Santa Rosa on the Amalfi coast. We decided to move to the Ile de Ré to start our family in this unique environment and to participate in its discovery while respecting the heritage and the environment.

Ellyn Daude

Born in Normandy and a graduate of the Vatel Institute in Paris and Los Angeles, I had the chance to practice my profession with passion in magnificent establishments such as the Peninsula Paris, the George V or the Peninsula Beverly Hills. My taste for project management led me to specialise in the opening and management of top-of-the-range villas. This type of stay also corresponds to my values such as discretion and the pleasure of spending time with my family.
